Health in India

Many people do not go to India because they fear getting sick. This does not have to happen! Here is Louise’s code for good health in India. Before you go, have the jabs your doctor recommends and start taking anti-malarial tablets. Once in India, eat lightly for the first few days (vegetarian and South Indian dishes; no rich Mughlai food), drink plenty of bottled water, and get your sleep.
