Food in India

Myths to dispel: good Indian food does not have to be spicy, it can contain meat, it is unlikely to make you ill. Indeed, tasting the regional cuisines of India is a great culinary journey, Kerala's coconut fish dishes to the rich royal meat biryanis of Hyderabad and Lucknow. If the menu confuses, Louise recommends you order a local ‘thali’ to taste many dishes on one big platter.
