Art in India

On your travels you will see great art in monuments and museums. But you will also see art in India where you least expect it: in the carving of a temple step, the arrangement of fruit in a market, fresh flowers decorating a deity, intricate rice patterns on the ground, peppers drying on a rooftop, a woman walking in her sari, and the painted trucks that ply the main roads.
